Regeneration of historic former Ropewalks area of Bridport and Conservation Area. Outline Application submitted for a mixed use development containing 200 dwellings, employment units and public open space following the preparation of a Concept Statement. Work has included the coordination of Public, Tenant and Stakeholder Exhibitions in partnership with Local Authority. Detailed Masterplan, Design Code and Vision has addressed issues of mix, scale, massing, character, infrastructure, deliverability, phasing, ecology, sustainability, remediation, refurbishment, flooding, commercial viability and socio-economic impact.
